John Martindale, MD
Dr. Martindale is a practicing emergency medicine physician and owner of AIC. He is a graduate of UCA and UAMS. Dr. Martindale completed his residency training at Brown Emergency Medicine in Providence, RI. He has received numerous national awards for his work teaching residents and medical students across the country and is a vocal advocate for Evidence Based Medicine practices.
Cody Halsted, MD
Dr. Halsted completed both medical school and Psychiatry residency training at UAMS. During this time, he received specialized supervision and training in the administration of interventional psychiatry treatments, including ketamine and esketamine. He is board certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. He is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Baylee Daves, BSN
Baylee joined the AIC team December of 2024. She has worked in critical care areas including the emergency department and post opearative areas.
Emma Halsted
Emma joined the AIC team in 2024. She is the office manager and the point of contact for scheduling appointments and new referrals.
